Phone APP that I just can't find.

I have seen this app many times on TUMBLR. I have seen different backgrounds that people have picked within the app. Yet I can't find any app that has any look like this.

Now I was "told" it was a APP and they were not sure if Android or Iphone. I have both, so just need the app.

Has anyone happened to see this app or something like it? It is a count up timer that allows you to input the "title" and when you want it to start.

    That's it! Thank you very much, I know I shouldn't get wrapped up in the time but I do enjoy seeing the amount of time I stay in. Thank you again.
